Conflict Minerals Declaration

In response to violence and human rights violations in the mining of certain minerals from the “Conflict Region”, which is situated in the eastern portion of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted rules to implement reporting and disclosure requirements related to “conflict minerals”, as directed by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. The rules require manufacturers who file certain reports with the SEC to disclose whether the products they manufacture or contract to manufacture contain “conflict minerals” that are “necessary to the functionality or production” of those products.

The definition of “conflict minerals” refers to Gold, Tin, Tantalum and Tungsten, the derivatives of Cassiterite, Columbite-Tantalite and Wolframite, regardless of where they are sourced, processed or sold.

Although ACCES I/O Products Inc. is not publicly traded or part of the SEC, ACCES is committed to providing our customers with environmentally friendly products and has put in place appropriate processes to avoid usage of “conflict minerals” sourced from the DRC or adjoining Countries. ACCES supports this initiative and has either obtained, or is in the process of obtaining, information from our current metal suppliers concerning the origin of the metals used to manufacture ACCES products. Based upon information provided by our suppliers, ACCES does not knowingly use metals derived from the Conflict Region in our products. While ACCES is not able to certify as to the country of origin of the minerals contained in all the products manufactured by ACCES suppliers, ACCES is committed to working with its customers to supply products that meet the customer’s specifications. Important information on the use of conflict minerals in the technology supply chain is being compiled by the Electronics Components Industry Association and the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition. This information may be viewed at www.eciaonline.org.

ACCES I/O Products fully understands the importance of this issue to its customers and is committed to supply chain initiatives and overall corporate social responsibility and sustain ability efforts that work towards a conflict free supply chain. ACCES is committed to the responsible sourcing of “conflict minerals” throughout our supply chain and to continuing to comply with the underlying SEC rules and regulations surrounding “conflict minerals”.
