How To Order

Credit Card orders may be placed verbally with an ACCES Sales Representative by calling 800-326-1649, and for Purchase Orders, followed up by a faxed copy within 24 hours.

We accept Purchase Orders from Universities, and from Businesses on approved credit with Net-30 terms. We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

All shipments are F.O.B. our dock. Freight is either prepaid and added to the invoice, which includes a $5.00 shipping and handling charge, or is shipped Freight Collect at the customer's request.

We can typically ship the same day an order is placed if the order is received by noon PST (GMT -8), and subject to the availability of the product.
