The menu is accessed by pressing Alt-'='. All the other menus are accessed by pressing Alt-Z, where Z is the first letter of the menu. For example, the "Options" menu is pulled down by Alt-O. ) Press ESC to put this help screen away. ][ THelpTopic% (System) Menu sWhen you pull down the menu, you will see a list of options detailing information specific to the setup program. ][ THelpTopic About When you choose the About option from the menu, a dialog box appears showing the setup program's copyright and version information. Press Enter, or Click Help  To close the dialog box: # Press ESC, or Click Continue ][ THelpTopic Credits When you select the Credits option under the menu, a dialog box appears presenting the program author's name and listing any specific tools that were used to write the setup program.  To close the dialog box:  Press ESC, or Click Ok ][ THelpTopic Help Menu WThis command brings up the Help menu, which provides access to the online help system. a Online helps comes up in a special Help window. Please step through each of the options which pertain to your card to insure that your card is configured as you desire. 3 Configuration options for the PCI-ICM-1S include: Input Termination Output Termination RS-485/RS-422 communication protocol CLK times 1 or times 4 ][ THelpTopic= Options Input Termination >The PCI-ICM-1S allows input port termination where necessary. ][ THelpTopic? Options Output Termination ?The PCI-ICM-1S allows output port termination where necessary. ][ THelpTopicG Options Communication Protocol JThe PCI-ICM-1S allows you to select whether the card will use the RS-485 or RS-422 protocol. RS-422 is limited to a two node connection. RS-485 allows multiple nodes, and is a two-wire connection, making it very flexible. Both jumpers are labeled 485 on the board.
